Luís Coelho is a Senior Consultant in Forensic Medicine at the National Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences (INMLCF, I.P.), where he coordinates the Ave Medico-Legal and Forensic Office. A medical graduate of the University of Coimbra with a Master’s in Forensic Sciences from the University of Porto, he is a specialist in Forensic Medicine working in clinical forensic medicine and forensic pathology.
He has been actively involved in quality initiatives, technical audits and strategic digital transformation projects at INMLCF, focusing on information technology, interoperability, medical imaging and artificial intelligence.
